Dog friendly'Blaauw's Pink' is a classic and award-winning cultivar that stands out for the unusual structure and colour of its blooms. In late spring, it produces masses of "hose-in-hose" flowers—where one flower appears to be tucked inside another—creating a fuller, more delicate appearance. The colour is a sophisticated salmon-pink that seems to glow, especially in the soft light of dawn or dusk.
It has a compact, spreading habit and small, dark green leaves that may turn slightly bronze in winter. Like all Japanese azaleas, it is perfect for woodland-style gardens, rockeries, or as a centrepiece in a decorative patio pot. As an ericaceous plant, it must be planted in acidic soil; it will not tolerate lime or chalk. It performs best in a sheltered position with dappled shade, which helps to preserve the delicate colour of the flowers. To ensure successful establishment in acidic conditions, we recommend using Rootgrow (Ericaceous) when planting.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre
Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.
We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.
Local Deliveries
Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre.
We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only.
Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
