Dog friendlyHypericum 'Hidcote' is perhaps the most popular of all St John’s Worts, and for good reason. From July until October, it is smothered in large, waxy, golden-yellow flowers that can reach up to 5cm across, each filled with a central "pom-pom" of delicate yellow stamens. It is an exceptionally hardworking plant that bridges the gap between summer and autumn colour perfectly.
It forms a dense, bushy mound of lance-shaped, dark green leaves. In milder winters, it will remain evergreen, though it may drop its leaves in colder regions or particularly harsh weather. This shrub is a "problem-solver" in the garden: it is happy in almost any soil, remarkably shade-tolerant, and thrives in both urban and coastal environments. It is an elite choice for low-maintenance borders, flowering hedges, or for filling large gaps with reliable colour. To ensure it establishes quickly and remains resilient, we recommend using Rootgrow when planting.

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.
We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.
Local Deliveries
Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre.
We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only.
Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
