Dog friendly'Lena' is a highly desirable variety of Broom, valued for its dense, mounded habit and prolific flowering. In May and June, its slender, upright green stems are transformed by a spectacular display of pea-like flowers. Each bloom features a rich, velvety ruby-red "wing" and a contrasting golden-orange "keel," creating a warm, multi-tonal effect that stands out from a distance.
Because it is more compact than many other Cytisus varieties, 'Lena' is an excellent choice for smaller gardens, rockeries, or even large patio containers. It is exceptionally tough and drought-tolerant once established, making it a "reliable performer" in hot, dry, or coastal locations. To keep the plant neat and encourage a fresh flush of growth for next year, prune lightly after flowering, but avoid cutting into the old, brown wood. To ensure the best possible establishment in well-drained soils, we recommend using Rootgrow when planting.

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.
We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.
Local Deliveries
Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre.
We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only.
Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
