Add a touch of whimsy and a wave of colour to your early summer garden with the delightful Drumstick Allium. Flowering later than most, from June to July, it produces dozens of slender, wiry stems topped with distinctive oval flower heads. The blooms start green and gradually mature to a beautiful, deep claret colour from the top down, creating a lovely two-tone effect. They are fantastic for planting in large, natural-looking drifts through borders and gravel gardens, where their bobbing heads seem to float amongst other plants. They also make an excellent and long-lasting cut flower. For a wonderful, textural display, plant them with the huge, starry globes of Allium Christophii, which flowers at a similar time. Now is the perfect time to plant for a stunning display. Choose a sunny spot with well-drained soil, planting the small bulbs about 10cm deep and 8cm apart to create a lovely dense clump.

We only operate in a select area of East & West Sussex​ and are unable to send items across the UK.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. 

Please enter a billing address and, if required, a different delivery address. 

Click and Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.

We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.

Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre. 

We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only. 

Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
