'Sundance' is one of the most popular foliage shrubs in the UK, prized for its ability to brighten even the dullest corners of the garden. The young leaves emerge in spring as a brilliant, almost neon yellow, maturing to a soft gold and eventually a lush lime-green. Unlike some golden-leaved plants, 'Sundance' holds its colour well, though it appreciates a position that offers protection from the strongest midday summer sun to prevent leaf scorch.

In late spring, the golden canopy is dotted with clusters of small, pure white flowers that carry a heavy, citrus-like perfume. The foliage is also highly aromatic, releasing a pleasant scent when brushed. It forms a dense, naturally rounded mound, making it perfect for a low-maintenance border, a bright container specimen, or a colourful informal hedge. To ensure the best establishment and a healthy root system, we recommend using Rootgrow when planting. To maintain the intensity of the gold and prevent leaf-tip browning, regular feeding with a magnesium-rich fertiliser is highly recommended.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. 

Please enter a billing address and, if required, a different delivery address. 

Click and Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.

We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.

Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre. 

We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only. 

Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
