Dog friendly'Sibirica' is widely considered the gold standard for red-stemmed dogwoods. While it offers a pleasant backdrop of mid-green foliage and small creamy-white flowers during the summer, its true performance begins in autumn. As the leaves turn a rich, purplish-red, they fall to reveal smooth, upright stems in a vibrant shade of coral-to-crimson red. These stems literally "glow" when hit by low winter sunlight, especially when planted against a dark evergreen backdrop or in a drift with yellow-stemmed varieties.
This shrub is exceptionally tough and versatile, thriving even in heavy clay and damp soils where other plants might struggle. To ensure the most intense stem colour year after year, the plant should be "coppiced" (pruned hard back to a low framework) in late winter or early spring just as the new buds begin to swell. This encourages the vigorous growth of new shoots, which carry the brightest pigment. To help the plant establish a strong root system quickly, we recommend using Rootgrow when planting.

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.
We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.
Local Deliveries
Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre.
We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only.
Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
