Short description

The mini standard Bay Tree is a compact, evergreen shrub prized for its aromatic, leathery leaves, widely used in cooking. Its neat lollipop shape makes it a standout choice for containers, doorways, or formal garden designs. Left unpruned, it can grow to around 3m tall and 1m wide, but it’s easily kept smaller with regular trimming. Best grown in full sun, but will tolerate partial shade. Requires well-drained soil; use John Innes No. 3 compost for container growing. Water regularly during dry spells and feed fortnightly with seaweed or Tomorite from spring to late summer. Prune in spring or summer to maintain shape.

We only operate in a select area of East & West Sussex​ and are unable to send items across the UK.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. 

Please enter a billing address and, if required, a different delivery address. 

Click and Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.

We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.

Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre. 

We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only. 

Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
