Short description

Deciduous climber with blue flowers 30cm long that are fragrant in May/June. Prune long whippy growth to 6 leaves after flowering and again in the winter to 3 buds from the previous year's growth. Grow in a sunny or lightly shaded position in moist, but free-draining soil. If growing in a pot, use John Innes 3 compost and feed regularly during the growing season with a high potash plant food such as Tomorite.

Wisteria floribunda macrobotrys is a stunning, deciduous climber known for its long racemes of fragrant, blue-violet flowers that bloom in spring. Ideal for adding a touch of elegance to pergolas, walls, or arches. Thrives in full sun with moist, well-drained loam or sand soil. Enhance growth by planting with Rootgrow and feeding with a balanced fertilizer. Prune twice a year to maintain shape and encourage flowering. Grows to approximately 9m in height and 6m in spread.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre

Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.

We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.

Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre. 

We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only. 

Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
