Dog friendlyThis unique evergreen shrub is prized for its ability to bring brightness and texture to the darkest corners of the garden. The glossy green leaves are splashed and dotted with white variegation, which changes with the seasons and the maturity of the plant; sometimes the leaves look almost entirely white or frosted. Like the green parent plant, it produces architectural, exotic foliage and clusters of creamy-white flowers in late autumn, followed by black berries. It is slower growing and more compact than the standard species, making it perfect for containers or smaller courtyards.
It requires a shady spot, as direct sun can scorch the white variegation. It looks spectacular when planted near dark green ferns or purple-leaved Heucheras for contrast. To ensure the plant establishes a strong root system, we recommend using Rootgrow when planting. To maintain the health of the variegated foliage and support root development, apply Maxicrop Original Seaweed regularly during the growing season.

Placing an Online Order with Goldcliff Garden Centre
Once you have added your items to the basket, you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect
We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30 am and 6 pm - 7 days a week.
We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email, as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours, but sometimes this is not possible.
Local Deliveries
Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre.
We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only.
Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
